After months of planning and development, Minecraft is now officially live on Gaming Seeds.
You can now submit, share, discover, vote on, tag, and discuss Minecraft seeds directly on the platform.
The Minecraft launch supports both Java Edition Seeds and Bedrock Edition Seeds so whether you’re on PC, console, or mobile, there’s a feed for you.
Whether you’ve discovered a world with a perfect spawn, an incredible mountain range, a rare structure combination, or just a seed that creates an unforgettable survival experience, you now have a dedicated place to share it with other players.
What You Can Do
Submit Your Seeds
Found an incredible world? Submit it. You can include:
- The seed value (number or phrase)
- A title and description
- The edition and exact game version it was found on
- World type (Default, Superflat, Amplified, Large Biomes, or Single Biome)
- Whether structures are enabled
- Screenshots to show it off
Getting the version right matters — Minecraft’s world generation has changed dramatically over the years, and a seed that produces a breathtaking landscape in 1.18 might look completely different in 1.12. More on that below.
Discover Great Seeds
The seed feed lets you browse and filter by:
- Edition — Java or Bedrock
- Game version — find seeds that work with the version you’re actually playing
- Tags — search by biome, structure, or any community-applied label
- Sort order — Trending, Top (with time windows: today, this week, this month, this year, all time), or New
The feed uses infinite scroll, so you can keep browsing without clicking through pages.
Vote on Seeds
See a seed that blew your mind? Upvote it. The community’s votes surface the best seeds to the top. You can also downvote seeds that don’t live up to their description.
Tag Seeds
Tags are community-driven. After a seed is submitted, any user can suggest tags — things like jungle-temple, mesa, ocean-monument-at-spawn, or survival-island. Other users vote tags up or down, so the most accurate and useful tags rise to the top. Each seed shows its top five tags at a glance.
Read and Leave Comments
Every seed has a comment section where you can share your discoveries, ask questions, or discuss coordinates for points of interest.

Head to GamingSeeds, create a free account, and start exploring. If you’ve got a seed worth sharing, submissions are open now.
I’ll be adding more games to the platform over time — Civilization VI is next on the list. But for now, it’s all Minecraft. Go find something beautiful.
